Fresh fish like this yummy Alaskan Wild Salmon is pricy, so try to buy on sale, and freeze extra.
Using a non-stick pan, brown 2 tablespoons butter. Add fish and brown both sides. Remove fish from pan, and carefully remove the skin. It's hot, so gently lift off, and discard. Place back in pan.
While cooking, sprinkle fish with 2 tablespoon dry dill, 1 tablespoon smoked paprika, and lightly salt. Cook on medium-heat in 6 minutes or less. Some like it rare, and some like it well. Whatever your preference, this fish has tails to tell/sell. The ends are so tender and delicious.
