1 tbs. butter

1/2 pd. Petrale Sole

1/4 cup baking mix

1 ts. Paprika

1/2 ts. salt

Wash fish, pat dry, and coat with baking mix.

Using a nonstick skillet, add butter. Let brown.

Sprinkle Paprika on both sides of fish. Fry fish, one side for about 3 minutes. Flip fish, and continue cooking and browning. Fish should be golden brown.
