Small wonton wraps filled with veggies is a delicious way to eat Italian without the carbohydrates.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
1 package small, round wonton wraps
1 cup cooked, diced veggies
1/4 cup cooked, seasoned chopped spinach
1/4 shredded cheese
Using a cookie sheet and a nonstick spray, cover surface. Using two rounds, fill one side with veggies, cover with cheese, pinch sides together, and seal. How many depends on how many people you’ll be feeding.
Place on cookie sheet, and cook for about 6 to 7 minutes. They crisp up quickly.
Serve with your favorite pasta or a dipping sauce.
