A small, but mighty cookie. Honest! No baking/no kidding!


14 oz. package vanilla wafers

3 Tbs. cocoa powder

3 Tbs. lite corn syrup

1 cup Pecans

1/4 cup whiskey

1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions: In blender or food processor, add wafers and pecans, chop finely. Mix and all other ingredients and shape into cherry-sized balls. Roll in powdered sugar. Store in air tight container. Refrigerate. Delicious cold or room temp. Substitution: Rum can be used instead of whiskey, or use flavored coffee mate for a non-alcoholic cookie.
