3-MINUTE BREAKFAST



Ready for breakfast in just 3 minutes?


Here's your shortcut!

1 tbs. butter melted in nonstick skillet

6 Medium size eggs, or 1/2 cup of egg yolk and 1/2 cup of egg white. (Be certain when using liquid eggs, to mix very well before adding to the pan.)


Add one teaspoon of water.


Get creative and add 1/2 cup of fresh cooked spinach or veggies, and 1/2 cup of cheese.


Pour in skillet, and scramble for about 2 min.


Enjoy!
