Today I'm showing you how to make Almond Chicken in only 6 minutes!
4 Thin slices of fresh chicken breast, lightly salted.
1/4 cup of egg yolks or 3 egg yolks.
3/4 cup of diced, roasted almonds.
In a nonstick, medium sized skillet, add 1/2 tablespoons of butter. Lightly browned, and add chicken breast. Keep heat medium to high and cook each side for 2 min. Total cooking time: 4-5 min. Chicken should be cooked thoroughly.
Serve with whatever vegetable you get your hands on.
