A cookie worth sharing!
Preheat oven to 425°
1/2 14 oz. canned Pumpkin
1/2 cup baking mix (prefer complete mix)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup shredded cheese, cheddar, or jack
1/2 cup water (you may need less)
The mixture should be very dense. If it’s runny or too thin, add more baking mix. Using a nonstick cookie sheet, scoop out about a tablespoon size, separating the dough. Makes about 8 or 10.
We may chow down, but the pets have to eat a lot less, and is not considered a substitute for any dog food. This is just an occasional small snack. Ummm good!
