Chunky Chicken Hummus Recipe

Rotisserie Chicken (prefer organic)

Ready to eat when you are!

Makes salads, sandwiches, pizza, soups, chicken curry. Just a few suggestions for using rock and ready foods.


1/2 breast of chicken, thinly sliced.

1/2 can drained Gabazo beans

1/2 tsp. salt

3/4 tsp. dry, minced garlic

2 Tbs..parsley

1 Tbs. olive oil

1/2 cup diced green chilies

Using a mini-chopper or blender, mix well. If too thick, you can use vegetable broth for a smoother texture. Olive oil works too.

Serve as an appetizer, a hearty salad, or a quick fix sandwich. Hey, you can just eat it plain. It’s really yummy, and healthy too!
